@vistaraairline I’m on your flight UK973 to Pune from delhi. I was also on the UK18 from London to delhi in the morning. And there is such a huge difference in how you treat your domestic passengers. SHAME! The flight that was supposed to leave at 8:50 is still on ground at 10:25
@airvistara This was not unavoidable. A plane full of people were made to board and then wait for 1 hour to board 20 more passengers. You can make other arrangements. Because it’s okay to do that here? Cannot imagine you would ask 100 plus foreign nationals without apologies & acknowledging
For delays and compensation policy, I was given the sham #vistarawomanflyer which is not helpful to me atm. You expect Indians to just ‘adjust’. NOT ONE staff member has announced anything or had the courtesy to apologise. We have had to individually go and ask what is happening

But now we’re done rescheduling. We’ve lost a lot of money. More than our monthly salaries as people in the medical field.
