@anubhavpulak @kalaranifrancis I think it is a way for them to tell us not to contact them further. Nothing happened after they said it is escalated… :(

@anubhavpulak @kalaranifrancis They did the same thing with me many days ago. I think it was around 2 weeks ago. They asked me for details and told me they are escalating it and then they said wait 15 working days and don’t contact us before that again. No news.

@seevishal How sad. So true. Every single day matters but I guess they don’t work weekends even though they have a responsibility to clear the backlog.
