Liz Truss' first act as PM is to oppose a windfall tax on the oil and gas giants making £170bn in excess profits.
Instead, she wants the British people to foot the entire bill for her energy package.
She stands up for the vested interests, not ordinary people.
Energy giants like Shell are expected to make £170,000,000,000 in profit in the next 2 years.
But Liz Truss says no to a windfall tax on their vast hoarded wealth.
Remember that next time they tell you we “can’t afford” to feed kids or keep the elderly warm.

While everyone is busy with congratulations, let’s remind ourselves of Liz Truss’ platform:
- Tax cuts for the rich
- War with trade unions
- No real action on energy bills
We say no.
On October 1st, we’re organising protests across Britain – join us.

Hey Reds,
I was in a great mood after the game & just had to do this on Antony.
Didn’t get much sleep at the end but managed to get it done! 🥱
Hope you like it & if you do, as always I’d appreciate your RTs.
Hope you have a great day & UP THE F***** REDS! 🔴⚪️⚫️

We need more of Manchester united legends and x players support for the #GlazersOut movement that will send the Glazers into panic mode they can't recover from.
Last year, BT made £1.3bn profit, gave £750m to shareholders and paid £3.5m to its CEO.
Meanwhile its workers were using foodbanks. But tomorrow tens of thousands will strike for decent pay.
We’re right behind them. Pay up Foodbank Phil!

Cost of taking Big 5 energy companies into public ownership: £2.85 billion
Cost of bailing out just one failed energy company, Bulb: £2.7 billion
Privatisation is a scam. It’s time to take back control of our energy system.

Tory MP Edward Leigh claimed back £2,332 for heating bills last year, and £2,474 the year before.
Remember this when Liz Truss tells you there will be no “handouts” to help you with your utility bills.
