If you can't speak Spanish here in Miami Beach, you may not be able to communicate with half the people here. Everything they tell me, I respond, 'Sí, sí.' You also have to check your bills carefully. The other day, my bill was double the price. They changed it after I told them to break it down. I now have to learn Spanish to navigate my way here before I return to DC in a few days and prepare for the information war ahead of the first GOP primaries in Iowa.
