@AmazonHelp The drivers are not doing their jobs. We stopped a driver while they were delivering our box somewhere else and they told us they don’t look at address only where the GPS stops. Today my box was again delivered somewhere but not my house. Happening in the whole neiborhood!!!

@Sears third time in a row I had to reschedule appt for repair on Kenmore dryer. I see your vans all the time on base, but for a repair under warranty 3rd time rescheduled and 3 weeks no dryer. I am sure if I bought another one you would deliver it. Great way to treat troops...
