Brent deserves serious, responsible opposition. We will stand up for residents, hold the administration to account, and focus on safer streets, cleaner neighbourhoods and better value for taxpayers. #Brent#Conservatives
Yesterday was my first Full Council as a councillor.
Proud moment as Cllr Kanta Mistry from Queensbury was appointed Deputy Mayor of Brent.
While Greens and Lib Dems focused on political theatre, Brent Conservatives stayed focused on residents.

Labour are trying to remove protections for our veterans who served in Northern Ireland.
Last night we showed up to vote against it.
Do you know who didn’t? Nigel Farage and Robert Jenrick.

Labour came to power falsely claiming there was a £22 billion hole in the public finances.
Instead they have created a £140 BILLION black hole of more borrowing!
Many congratulations @KemiBadenoch on being elected as the Leader of the @Conservatives.
As the new Leader of the Opposition, we are sure you will effectively scrutinise the actions of the Cabinet and offer alternative policies.
We are affirmative that your earlier experience as the international trade secretary will help this government to expedite the UK-India FTA.
We also thank @RishiSunak for your exemplary leadership and service to the country.
The Conservatives will always ensure the NHS has the staff it needs to care for you. That is why our manifesto promises to deliver by 2030:
92,000 more nurses
28,000 more doctors
and thousands more pharmacists, midwives, dentists and other roles.
The Conservatives' manifesto outlines a clear plan to bring migration down.
Removing those who come here illegally to Rwanda, and capping migration.
Labour would make the UK a magnet for illegal migrants and let people smugglers decide who comes to our country.
