Baseline assessment:

- Know your blood pressure (check it, don't guess)
- Know your lipids (LDL, HDL, triglycerides, ask for ApoB if available)
- Know your fasting glucose and HbA1c
- Know your family history in detail

If everything is optimal and family history is clean, you're doing the basics (exercise, reasonable diet, not smoking), your risk is low. Continue.

If there's family history of early heart disease, or your LDL is elevated, or multiple borderline risk factors are clustering, consider a coronary calcium scan.

CAC at 45 tells you whether plaque has started. If it's zero, your prognosis for the next 10 years is excellent. If it's elevated, you know you need to act now rather than waiting for symptoms.

Symptoms are late. By the time you feel something, disease has been building for decades.

The people who do best aren't the ones who wait for chest pain. They're the ones who looked early, found what was brewing, and treated it before it became a crisis.

This is Gattahalli Road in Bengaluru, an important arterial road that connects Electronic City with Doddakannelli and Kadubisanhalli. It's marked as an RMP road, which will be a crucial arterial road for the upcoming PRR Road.
