Airbnb now allows guests to extort superhosts. We had a guest cancel, Airbnb agreed nonrgeund due. The guest said refund me or I'll leave a review. Then leaves a review and now Airbnb keep closing the case and don't reply.
@AirbnbHelp@airbnb@bchesky
Guests can now retaliate for at refund for a non refundable booking. Airbnb can agree not to refund the guest to yet the guest can leave a damaging review? Airbnb has a broken review system and need to stop using Ai
@AirbnbHelp The help they offer is by asking us tonrfwwee to the support ambassador. That's the issue. There isn't one. @bchesky@Airbnb when will you train your staff to actually offer basic assistance rather than relying on Ai that doesn't work
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@airbnb_mx@Airbnb_uk@bchesky
A guest leaves a 1 star review for us to enforce our cancellation policy. Now we get wooden replies like this? We don't even have a support ambassador since Airbnb uses an Ai form that doesn't even work.
@AirbnbHelp Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned in our public post, we have a review that is clearly false and retaliatory.
The guest cancelled on the day of arrival for personal reasons, which they themselves confirm in their review

We require executive team to look at this. Guests are now allowed to be abusive and extort superhosts for refunds they are not entitled too. When we refuse they then leave negative reviews. Your call centres in India just reply with copy and paste
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky Airbnb are now allowing guests to become abusive and hostile in the chat then allowing guests who can el stays to leave retaliation reviews and guests now are allowing extortionate guests by leaving a review and then asking for refunds.
@bchesky@airbnb are now allowing third parties to leave false reviews and extort hosts for money. Airbnbs review system is broken yet hey send generic replies with support managers that don't even know Airbnbs own policies.
@AirbnbHelp@AirbnbHelp Our listing is being harmed by a review that violates your own policy.
The review explicitly states: “My name is Slobodan… this stay was booked under the name Rez”
The account holder confirmed in Airbnb messaging that Slobodan wrote the review.
This is third-party.
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp@bchesky we are now being lied to by your low level support ambassadors. There are two attempts review removal we haven't even heard from the first request now were being lied to that the decision is final despite us only having tried one attempt!?
@AirbnbHelp@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky the flawed review removal form. No one has bothered to review the review removal request and now we have off shore low level staff with no basic knowledge or understanding of Airbnb policies!!??
@AirbnbHelp@bchesky@Airbnb this is the support we get? Now getting generic replies no names nothing. The airbnb account holder confirmed themselves they didn't write the review. Now Airbnb have unsecured Airbnb accounts???
@AirbnbHelp It's been over a month then so called specialist team haven't even replied and no we are receiving copy and pasted replies and cases closed without realising review of the issue we face. @bchesky@airbnb you need to hire and train people better
@AirbnbHelp@bchesky we now have to our low level ambassadors now claiming the review isn't published despite it showing on our listing and profile. Also we used the slow and flawed review removal form it's been over one month and still no reply from the "specialist team"
