Absolutely furious with @airfrance and beyond disappointed with @AmexTravel.
We spent thousands of dollars on Premium Economy tickets to India for Nov 2025. Our trip became impossible only because the Embassy repeatedly postpone visa interview appointments. Without a stamped visa, we legally could not travel or return.
Air France’s “solution”? A 1-year travel credit.
Now there are NO visa appointments available until 2027, and Air France is basically telling us to either magically travel without a visa or lose all our money.
How is this acceptable customer service for loyal customers paying premium fares?
No flexibility. No empathy. No real resolution. Just “your money is gone.”
This has easily been one of the most frustrating and unfair travel experiences we’ve ever faced. Premium price, terrible support.

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir @reliancejio and JIO Air Fiber is taking undue advantage of consumer. I took a connection 3 weeks back and within 2nd week I started getting intermittent internet. I raised the request to fix, but they been not fixing it. It’s been 5 days. And when I said can you cancel the connection . They said no cancellation policy and even if I don’t get internet I have to keep the connection for a year. Because I paid for a year.

@airtelindia your new connection team is non functioning. I ordered from last 3 days new prepaid connection. Last 3 days they been calling and saying today they will deliver the sim for sure it’s 3 days now. No delivery of the sim happend. If you don’t deliver at home sim then you should not advertise the same
