@airtelindia Recently subscribed to Airtel black purchased broadband and DTH connection and it’s been 2 days I am waiting for installation. I have raised multiple complaints only to be escalated with no resolution. My work has been impacted because of this.

I live in Bangalore where there is Airtel 5g plus yet it takes more than two days to get broadband and DTH installation done. I don’t understand the claim priority resolution with Airtel black when I have to wait for two days just for installation.
