Returned from a whirlwind two week trip to #India. World class hospitality, love from family & friends, and delicious food. Really poor AQI was the only downer. The picture shows hazy conditions, and this was on a good day. Immediate action is needed cuz hope has failed. 1/2

Mumbai’s skyline is being remade in real-time by 3 or 4 firms which aren’t suffering for money. Yet, basic practices to control PM2.5 are being flouted! Similar story in other cities. You can smell concrete in the air; this isn’t cars & agriculture, it’s construction, period. ⅔
