#RERA gurugram ने 3000 हरियाणा अफोर्डेबल Housing allottees of #OceanSevenBuildtech एक्सप्रेसवे टावर्स sector 109 Gurugram को पिछले चार साल से अंधेरे में रखा । आज प्रोजेक्ट 10 साल डिले है ।
👉@csharyana और @TCP_HARYANA के ईमेल IDs को बिल्डर द्वारा PA/Clerk के माध्यम से misuse करवाया और #RERA को ईमेल करवाया ताकि @dtcphry apni करवायी जो बायर्स के हिट में कर रहा है उसे रोक दे और बिल्डर को फायदा हो जाए ।
👉बिल्डर ने पिछले बीस साल से कोई भी हाउसिंग योजना को पूरा नहीं किया है और बस सेटिंग के माध्यम से अभी तक बचा चला आरहा है ।
👉अभी जब @dtcphry shri अमित खत्री जी की नज़र में आया तो #RERA का प्रेशर डलवाने की घिनौनी कोशिश कड़ी और वो हरियाणा सरकार @NayabSainiBJP @cmohry जी के संज्ञान में बात आई तो CMO ने Authority की बढ़िया फटकार लगायी ।
👉#RERA के दो लेटर जिसमे उसने हाथ झाड़ लिए और सारा काम@dtcphry के जिम्मे डाल दिया नीचे लगाये गए हैं । ईमेल की धाँदली भी नीचे दी गई है ।
👉बिल्डर के सारे लाइसेंस रद्द किए जाये, उसे ब्लैकलिस्ट किया जाये और एक ऐसा उद्धरण बनाया जाये की कोई भी बिल्डर ऐसी हरकरत करने से पहले दस बार सोचे ।
👉पिछले साल एक नौजवान ने अपने फ्लैट ना मिलने पर शादी टूटने के पश्चात #Suicide किया जिसका जिम्मा #RERA और बिल्डर के सर आना चैहये और उनको अत्रिकित सजा होनी चाइए ।
👉आज अलाटीस मात्र @dtcphry Shri #अमित #खत्री जी से और @cmohry से अपने दस साल पुराना प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करवाने के लिए इंतज़ार और उम्मीद लिए बैठे हैं । ��्ञात हुआ है की आज बिल्डर का लाइसेंस कैंसिल किया जाएगा और Rule 19 के तहत इस प्रोजेक्ट को थर्ड पार्टी के द्वारा पूरा करवाया जाएगा ।

Help Help Help हमारा प्रोजेक्ट @PMAYUrban है और पिछले दस साल से stalled है । sarkar से अनुरोध है की हमे भी swamih fund के तहत इस प्रोजेक्ट को फ्रॉड बिल्डर से टेकओवर करके किसी अच्छे बिल्डर के द्वारा पूरा कराया जाये । जल्द से ��ल्द @dtcphry और @TCP_HARYANA इस मामले का समाधान करे ।

बिल्डर को ब्लैकलिस्ट करे और फेस हुए तीन प्रोजेक्ट्स Gurugram Sector 109, 69 &70 को तुरंत रूप से बहाल करे । #OSB बिल्डर ने sector 99A में भी 5 acre ज़मीन का कुछ टुकड़ा लिया था और आज उसपर भी नजर डालकर वहाँ भी धाँदली करने की सोच रहा है । उस पर भी जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई करी जाये और मासूम घर खरीदारों और ज़मीन के मालिको को इस फ्रॉड से बचाया जाये ।

इसके अलावा बिल्डर ने कोटपुतली और जयपुर में भी फ्रॉड किया है और ये प्रक्रिया पिछले बीस साल से चली आ रही है । हमे हमारा हक दिलाया जाये ।
