@Lenskart_com you have some hero’s in your team. While I was breaking my head calling multiple times since a month and explaining people my issue Vikas Singh Raghav from escallation team and Swati Sharma from customer care finally resolved my issue in 60 mins. Kudos to them.

When we try to clean the cards then tend to bend and hence May damage the NFC inside.
Unlike earlier the sticker was just stuck as a small glue strip on the top and very easy to remove left no glue marks nothing. You must get this corrected from your cards printer immediately.
@AmexIndia just received my amex cards. First the activation sticker was stuck fully on card and very difficult to remove. Then when peeled off it left the glue on the card which one needs to clean. Cards are now thinner than before. See msg further in comments

@BlueDartCares bluedart delivery associates updating wrong reasons and holding shipment despite complaints no one at bluedart seems to care about it. One behind the other shipments have been mentioning totally wrong reasons and never attempted for delivery
