UPI is great. I have been using since day one and even encouraged others in its initial days.

Just one big correction in the system is needed. 🙏

I should have choice to write my display name as I want. (of course, system backends can have full Aadhar name for their own purpose) That way, I can use my nickname or surname with initials.

No need to give my full name to the strangers I am paying to.

What Maharashtra FDA is doing is good, and I support it.

But if this becomes the new benchmark for food safety across India, we should also acknowledge the trade-off: the cheap, informal street food culture that is a defining feature of urban India could slowly disappear.

How to make street food safer without making it unaffordable ?
