An AI read an entire article back to me on June 3rd. Its own words: "read out verbatim, as close as possible from the page." A few days later, I asked again, and it told me that the restriction had "been in place," that it had only ever given me summaries. Same product. Same account. "@grok This is a real accessibility problem, not a workflow complaint. Worth someone there actually looking at it.

I'm 47, I have cerebral palsy, and I can read. What changes day to day is how much energy it takes, not whether I'm able to. When I pushed, I got a flat "sorry" and the same two offers on repeat.

Reading something back to the one person who asked, on content they already have legitimate access to, isn't the same act as handing out free copies. A screen reader's done the first one for decades. Nobody sued over that.

I'm trying to get better at social media, but there are so many rules. You get penalized for things like putting a link in a post, it kills your reach. It's a complete pain in the butt. I applaud anybody who's managed to build a personal brand, because I've been trying for twenty years and it has been way harder than it should be. In general, social media just sucks.

Most biohacking advice is written for young, able-bodied guys optimizing from a good baseline. I started below the baseline. I have cerebral palsy, I'm 47, and I feel better day to day than I did at 30. Less pain, more in the tank. It took years of experimenting: water, massage, the standing frame I used to curse, timing. Not optimization. Survival strategy.
