Prague 2026! The beginning of a new period as Chair of the ESSKA Shoulder Section. Some congresses leave you with new data. Others leave you with new ideas. This one left me with energy, inspiration, and a strong feeling that our shoulder community is moving forward together.
This is not only a great responsibility but also a unique opportunity to work with an outstanding international community of colleagues and friends who share a passion for shoulder surgery, education, research, and innovation.
It was a true privilege to participate in the largest ESSKA Congress ever, surrounded by outstanding colleagues, mentors, friends & young surgeons passionate about our field. I am truly honoured & excited to take on the role of the Chair of the ESSKA Shoulder Section for 2026–28.
