On July 6, 2026, the Republic of Uganda formalized a consulting agreement with two prominent lobbying firms, Skyline Capitol LLC and Moran Global Strategies LLC (MGS), to bolster its diplomatic efforts in the United States and internationally. This agreement delineates the roles, responsibilities, and terms of engagement for both firms as they advocate for Ugandaโs interests.
In a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing its global presence, Uganda has chosen these well-regarded firms, known for their expertise in government relations, to navigate U.S. political landscapes effectively.
Under the terms of the consulting agreement, Uganda will pay Skyline Capitol a retainer fee of $20,000 per month, commencing July 1, 2026. The agreement also outlines provisions for additional expenses related to the lobbying activities.
