DO NOT EVER GET @jiofiber. Total rip off, waste of time, gives you free mental trauma. Customer care over chat has only AI bots without any basic knowledge. You will be lucky if people.over phone answer your call which happens once after 1000 tries and they also hang up on you

Technicians don't have any knowledge about product, all they know is how to resell second hand box so that you don't have to pay anything to company. Got new connection 3 days ago and my services are hardly ON for 3 minutes & on one has any answer. They keep on delaying for next
