🔸Sparing a thought for Zimbabweans in South Africa who are going through an additional round of suffering, having tried to escape the vagaries of being back home. It is not easy. Dai nyika yedu yangonaka. Mwari pindirai.🙏🏽
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
They said they removed elections because they are expensive and TOXIC , but there is nothing as expensive as CAB3! The amount of money that has exchanged hands 🙌🏽 over the past few months and the ongoing toxicity remain unmatched!!
@PoliceZimbabwe One day Zimbabwe will be free from this dictatorship created by zanupf cowards.Arresting the poor people airing out their grievances is barbaric.Real criminals in suits hiding as politicians are being protected and respected whilst the poor are send to prison.Dysfunctional police
@CMukungunugwa Praising a corrupt president who is focusing on amassing wealth for himself and his family is schizophrenia.Even a mad man sees the stinking corruption in Ed's get.Poverty is the order of the day and the welfare of the poor is deteriorating day by day .Ed must fokof
The clans that fled South Africa for Zimbabwe with King Mzilikazi, one of King Shaka’s prominent chiefs, possess a stronger claim to South African identity than the “Mabahambe” gang. King Mzilikazi broke away from the Zulu Kingdom during the 1820s Mfecane, leading his followers north to establish the Ndebele Kingdom. Because these foundational clans share direct ancestral, linguistic, and cultural lineages with the Nguni people of South Africa, they inherently hold deep historical roots in the region.
To be honest, and this comes from a special place. I never imagined Mnangagwa would manifest into a revolutionary infidel and political delinquent of this magnitude, a man hell-bent on completing Zimbabwe's transformation into a kakistocracy. I understood he had his flaws. Corruption. Tribalism. Nepotism. A casual relationship with criminality that would embarrass a lesser crook. But this? Equating his term extension with the universal human desire to stay alive? That is not a mandate. That is a hostage situation with a chuckle.
The man who told the Generals "whoever wins, wins" has now told the people: "whoever lives, agrees." The people do not want to die - that much is true. But they also do not want to live under a Cabal that has hollowed out the Republic and called the hollow a future. They want hospitals with medicine. Civil servants who are paid. Young people who can find work. A Constitution that is not a suggestion and a vote that is not a transaction. The choice is not between Mnangagwa and death. The choice is between a captured Republic and a free one. And the people, who have already said no in every verifiable forum available to them, understand this better than the man who thinks his pulse is the nation's clock.
🔸This is indeed tragic. Africans must never turn on each other in such an ugly way. We are meant to be one. What has gone wrong?
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
🔸Nobody hates South Africa. Everybody hates xenophobia.
If hate watching a mere soccer match causes this much hurt, imagine the hurt that comes with watching your compatriots being treated inhumanely because of their nationality or the colour of their skin in another African nation?
What we have observed over the last few days is that that hurt can’t be switched off just because a soccer match is on. People carry it within their souls. Hearts bleed.
So the aggrieved will protest in solidarity with those who are being attacked in an effort to make a statement. This is sometimes the only way people have to express how pained they are by the inhumanity they’re witnessing on African soil.
We never ever saw Nelson Mandela throwing stones at Kwame Nkrumah, Samora Machel and Julius Nyerere so what is this now?
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
