I usually run on this beautiful Campal promenade (its >5km)
I had the assumption i could do 5.5km in 35 minutes.
But recently on my run club’s first run we discussed on different wearables and how different distances it tracks.
So today i did an experiment i started my watch and strava app at the same same time.
These are the results:
Samsung fit watch: 5.06km in 34 mins
Strava app: 4.16km in 34 mins
Wearables are not accurate at all.
Don’t rely on it.
Not only about distances but for any index it’s not reliable whether it’s garmin or whoop.

Should you consume whey? Yes.
Is it compulsory? No.
Does it have health benefits? Yes.
Can I get my protein from whey? Yes.
Can I get my protein without having whey? Yes.
Does having whey dangerous for my kidneys? No. That’s a joke.
But what if I already have a kidney disease? Do not take whey until a doctor prescribes it to you.
What if I am lactose intolerant? Whey protein isolate and hydrolysed are the best options if lactose intolerant.
What if I don’t want to have whey because it’s dairy. Okay skip it.
But I still want to completely protein intake for the day? Have whole foods.
Okay but that’s tough.
Get plant protein or yeast protein.
The best and tastiest whey protein @TsaTekk
And they have some amazing flavours.
But you know what’s the best part? Trust.
I trust this brand.
It’s cleans and safe.

If you have recently appeared for NEET and didn’t get the result you wanted—or even if you did—read this.
When you’re in the NEET phase of your life, becoming a doctor feels like the ultimate goal.
If you don’t get that seat, you think it’s over. You feel like your life is a waste and your purpose is gone.
I was that person.
I took two drops before I got my MBBS seat. That means I appeared for NEET three times.
Does that mean I wasn’t smart enough? Or that I wasn’t layak to become a doctor?
No.
Studying everything, mugging it up, and then trying to dump all that information from your brain onto a paper on one single day that is supposed to reflect all your hard work is a fucking BS idea.
I thought this was my life’s goal until I became a doctor and realised maybe it wasn’t.
Maybe getting MBBS wasn’t enough for me.
Maybe I could do something else.
Maybe I could be good at something else too, but I never tried.
Don’t get me wrong.
Now I love medicine.
But for me to love medicine, I don’t need to be only a doctor.
If you love medicine, take MBBS.
If you love being with patients, take medicine.
But if you’re taking it because you think it’s the ultimate degree and the only path to respect, don’t.
There are other ways to serve the community, serve patients, and learn medicine.
And don’t feel bad about getting low marks.
This is not a sympathy post for people who didn’t make through.
This is a post for you to know that you don’t need sympathy.
I am sorry if i hurt your sentiment.
but have you noticed these mid 30’s men watching that pathetic news where they keep spreading negativity against other people based on community, religion, politics and any nonsense?
These are exactly the same men who have belly fat.
Think why it correlates.
Isometric squat hold is a marker of longevity
> 2 minutes is good it seems
I thought i would improve from 1:30 to 2:00
Now i could do only about 57 seconds
@UddhavaKinhal I have never seen or heard anyone calculating according to weight and telling nursing staff.
It’s either 1 pint or 2 pints or just a specific number of pints.

Don't feed your wearable data (watches, bands, and rings) into AI beyond step count and resting heart rate. If your sleep is generally normal, you can include sleep duration. If not, don't even use that. Avoid everything else.
