10-15days not receiving refund I was asked to wait for more days & tracking details showing shipment lost.
And after 10days total a month of waiting & calling I was told that refund can’t be issued. Due to nothing found in parcel & I call other exec. Later he told wrong product

Pathetic customer service by @EurekaForbes with a consumer who had 3 years AMC, I raised request on September 1st 2021 and I’m getting call regarding my issue today 30th December 2021.
