Dr. Neeraj kumar (MBBS,MD) and Prem Prakash Arora (Admin of Kailash Hospital, Khurja) u/s 304 of IPC by courtโs order. They are accused of Ashwani Gaur - 19 y/o Young Law Student,whose life has been taken away on 14 Feb,2023.
