@vrbo We recently booked an apartment via vrbo and had worst experience where the ceiling was leaking for 2 nights. Customer service offering 120 dollars compensation with such language where we had to book another apartment for both nights.Worst customer service
@hippo_insurance I need to cancel the home insurance that is auto renewed but the customer service is so poor that nobody is available on call to do that. The policy is from stillwater and they are asking to contact Hippo for cancellation. Such a pathetic service.
