Really disappointed with @toothsialigners

I completed my treatment in 2023, but my teeth have shifted again. I’ve spent 5+ months chasing support. Two scans, multiple tickets, endless assurances, yet no treatment or timeline.

@toothsialigners By then I’ll be roughly 2 months away from my wedding before I can even start treatment. Am I really going to be starting my treatment 2 months before my wedding?
And that’s not even guaranteed, considering how this has been handled so far.

@toothsialigners I had to get a second scan in May. 3 months ago. And now it’ll likely take another month or more for them to be delivered. By then, I’ll be roughly 2 months away from my wedding.
