@GoogleMyBiz gonna get to the bottom of this, since google is allowing businesses to cherry and remove negative factual reviews, which is illegal @FTC

@GoogleMyBiz @FTC @google my review from the shareable link it s not there. this business is removing all negative reviews, but random positive ratings keep popping up. Don't worry I am filling a formal complaint with my local state attorneys office and the FTC.

@GoogleMyBiz so I left a negative review on ca russell ford in Anniston, and it was never posted and it is only visible by me. Yet all these fake reviews for this dealer shows up. this is actually illegal
