@virginmedia Nope because got perfectly good speeds until a few days so it's got noting to do with the hub location or walls whatever and no I'm not ringing because I can't upgrade online I get this everytime I go yo change package page

@virginmedia We've got essential broadband plus supposed to get 54mbps we ate getting less than 5mbps not sure 54 mbps is fast enough either so wanted to upgrade but I'm not going to if we aren't getting the speed we currently pay for

@virginmedia There was an issue the other day but it says its fine now i thought maybe I just didn't like the essentials package so ran a speed test which I had to do away from virgin because your website said they can't run test we just want to upgrade package but website won't work
