@sshameemz @eurowings @ovvdusseldorf We flew from Heathrow as well to Düsseldorf. Now we’re back in the states 😤 apparently Düsseldorf lost and found was off from 9/22-9/26 according to their website but this is far too long given that we’ve given them the exact coordinates
