You also said that due to the complaint, this matter would be given higher priority, yet I have not received any further contact
@ofgem@MartinSLewis Appalling customer service from @tonikenergy Changed supplier in March due to lack of statements and no response since January. Now not refunding credit balance. No response to emails, and calls not answered. From the twitter feed I’m far from alone. Avoid!
