They never respond to the mails and on the phone, they make fake promises that the issue will be resolved at the earliest.

Your staff fixed the bed temporarily and asked me to call on your support number to get the bed fixed permanently. My bed is in the same condition because your staff hasn't paid any heed to any of my emails or calls.

@Saraffurniture @raghubunty When I told your delivery team that 5 AM was not the time to come to a society for delivery and my society rules do not allow truck entries before 0830 in the morning, you staff very casually said "Madam dekh lo aapko time se delivery chahiye ya nahi".
