My parents, both senior citizens, travelled on Train 22426 Vande Bharat Express ANVT to CNB on 27 Oct 2025 (PNR 2724625223).
The food served was stale and unhygienic, and there were cockroaches in the back seats of their coach.

After I raised this issue, IRCTC staff called several times instead of resolving the problem.
A person named Surendra Kumar Gurjar pressured me to delete my tweet.
They only gave my parents a ready-to-eat Haldiram poha packet as a token fix.
That is not a solution.

@shoppersstop I bought a shoe for my mother and it didn't fit, so I returned it, it's been 2 months now and now they are saying that the product's QC failed. Now they are sending the same product again, Even when the product was returnable. Will go to consumer court.
