🚨 Extremely disappointed with @OlaElectric.

My issue is still NOT resolved, despite repeatedly contacting Ola. All I get are messages, but no actual solution.

❌ Worst customer service
❌ No proper support
❌ Complete waste of time and money

It feels like the company is focused only on selling vehicles, not supporting customers after the sale.

Think twice before buying an Ola scooter. @OlaElectric, I want a proper resolution—not another generic message.

2 mahine se complaint ki hui hai. 4 baar complaint followup le chuka hun. Scooter not in drivable condition. Abhi tak OLA has taken no action. Very bad service

Got my scooter back after 15 days and multiple calls, 4 complaints and 4 tweets.
Got it with 4 more issues.
Both handrails are lose like hell, charging cover not opening or closing, cruise control, regen not working. 😖😖😖

OLA service and repairs and maintenance costs and repair times and harassment from team are higher than a petrol vehicle vehicle.
"Petrol/Diesel ki vehicle rarely kharab hoti hai aur paas ke mechanic se turant repair ho jati hai"

It's been 3 years since I purchased OLA. Out of which around a total of 3 months it spent in service centers. And spent more money on its repair than a petrol vehicle fuel or maintenance cost.

Put complaint again 10 days ago. The scooter is parked in service center. They are driving it for 10 days. Can see status on app. Everytime I enquire about status, they say parts are ordered, and we don't know when it will be repaired. 2/3

Scooter not drivable for 15 days. Complained 13 days ago. Paid 200rs extra for RSA. They cancelled it, again Complained10 days ago. They closed the ticket without notification. No response from OLA. Note: I have OLA Care Plus 1/3

My scooter is repaired. But RSA is dropping scooter to showroom only, i.e. 8 km away from my location. It's raining heavily here. M requesting him since morning to drop on my location but he's nt listening. What's the use of having Care+ service. @OlaElectric @BandBajaateRaho

My order was delievered in 42 minutes with 30 min guarantee. But delivery guy marked it delievered before delievery. Also, My dip is missing in my order. Dominos services are not good anymore.

Then I had to carry back ICICI advocate to handover the cheque to the seller party. And after so much harassment, guess what, the names are printed wrong on the cheque.
