The path to sustainable high levels of performance is simple, not easy.
Alignment → Grit
Clarity → Confidence
Conviction → Authority
Purpose → Sustainability
Men often focus on external metrics to optimize performance.
But external improvements always follow inner growth.
The brutally honest truth if you’re stuck in life/ business:
Your best simply isn’t good enough.
That’s the only logical conclusion.
Doesn’t mean you can’t improve—you must, in fact, if you want to reach a higher level.
But right now, your best isn’t good enough.
Success ≠ Luck
If you believe that success is tied to luck more than competence, you’re coping.
Other people are more successful than you because they have something figured out that you don’t.
Just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not there.
If I, as a man, claim to know what it feels like to be pregnant, I’m clearly insane.
But then we expect men to speak to a female therapist about male problems they cannot possibly fathom?
How’s that supposed to work?
Taking anti-depressants, sleeping pills or anti-anxiety drugs isn’t better than popping molly or doing blow.
Society encourages the former.
In reality, they’re all drugs of different kind and are used because the user can’t handle reality.
They all create dependency.
