@AmazonHelp How many times a seller can change/extend the expected delivery date? I can't request the refund because the new delivery date that is today. I don't want it to be extended indefinitely (It won't arrive in the next 70 minutes)

@AmazonHelp I'd expect Amazon to handle this case (e.g. sellers don't have the correct inventory) and just cancel/refund the order instead of keep customers waiting.

@AmazonHelp Ordered an item from a 3P seller (8/12) but it never arrived. Contacted seller and they did not offer any tracking information nor proof of postage. They also keep postponing the expected delivery day so I'm not able to request a refund and can't contact CS until tomorrow (why?)
