Very disappointed with @PanasonicIndia service. My AC has had issues since the day of installation, including abnormal noise from both the indoor and outdoor units. I believe this is the result of unprofessional installation and a defective product.
Despite raising a complaint (Job ID: R02062627601974), I have still not received a satisfactory resolution. A brand-new AC should not have such problems within the first month of purchase.
What is even more concerning is that multiple parts/components of this brand-new AC appear to be defective. When several issues arise in a newly purchased unit within weeks of installation, it clearly indicates that the product itself was defective from the beginning and should not have passed quality checks.
Additionally, the Panasonic E-Care portal now shows a "Cancellation Request" status, even though I never requested cancellation of my complaint.
I am requesting a complete unit replacement, as repeated defects in multiple components of a new AC raise serious concerns about the overall quality and reliability of the product. I also request immediate intervention from a senior technician and a transparent explanation regarding the unauthorized complaint cancellation status.

As a customer, this entire experience has been extremely traumatic for me, both mentally and physically. Instead of enjoying a product I paid for, I have spent weeks dealing with constant issues, follow-ups, technician visits, and uncertainty.
What makes it even more frustrating is that the problem was not caused by me. The defect existed from the beginning and should have been identified during installation. Customers should not have to suffer because a defective product was not properly inspected.

@AmazonHelp Although the product return window has already closed, I still expect better support from Amazon in this case. The issue was not caused by any mistake on my part. The problem appears to be due to a defective product and an incomplete inspection during installation.
As a customer, I had no technical knowledge to determine that the unusual noise was coming from a defect in the outdoor unit. It was the technician's responsibility to thoroughly inspect and test the entire system, including the outdoor unit, after installation and ensure that everything was functioning properly.
If the defect had been identified during installation or during the technician's inspection, the issue could have been reported and resolved within the return period. Therefore, I request Amazon to consider this case as a genuine product defect and provide an appropriate resolution, even though the standard return window has expired.
