If Russia want to refine oil, it should get permission from Ukraine
All illegal activity by illegal Putin's regime will be stopped
This time sanctioned one of the largest oil refineries in Russia — in the city of Syzran in Samara region.
A key oil processing unit has been turned off.
⚡️BREAKING: Ukraine purchased 70 ATACMS missiles from Turkey
This is stated in US State Department documents.
The package also included 2,524 M26 rockets and 47,000 203mm M509A1 cluster artillery shells.
The total delivery consisted of 12 M270 MLRS launchers, 70 M39 ATACMS missiles and tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition.
Russia launched a full-scale war to demilitarize Ukraine, but 4.5 years later, it has built the most heavily armed nation in modern European history.
Russia wanted a demilitarized puppet state on its border, but it got the exact opposite: a fiercely sovereign and militarized Ukraine.
From the first day of the full-scale invasion, the Kremlin defined its primary goals as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. In plain language, this meant overthrowing the democratically elected government in Kyiv, destroying the Ukrainian armed forces, and installing a pro Russian puppet regime.
The intended outcome was a subjugated, demilitarized Ukraine with a permanent Russian military presence, a rewritten constitution, and a level of sovereignty even lower than that of Belarus.
Moscow's maximalist objective was always its initial objective: full territorial control, total Ukrainian capitulation, and complete political subordination.
4.5 years into the full-scale war, the reality on the ground completely contradicts Moscow's vision. Ukraine is now more militarized, battle hardened, and technologically advanced than at any point in its history. Ukrainian national identity has reached unprecedented strength, while anti-Russian sentiment is at an all time high. Instead of creating a passive puppet state, the invasion forged a deeply resilient and sovereign nation holding 80% of its territory, while Russia occupies 20%.
When measured against initial strategic objectives, Russia is failing. Ukraine is significantly closer to achieving its maximalist goal of full territorial liberation than Russia is to encircling Kyiv or enforcing a total surrender.
Yet, despite clear strategic failure, Moscow will not accept defeat lightly. The Kremlin will play every card remaining, including wider waves of mobilization, to avoid admitting that the war it started has achieved the exact opposite of its intent
Drones burned a Russian S-400 on the coast that holds Putin's palace — Ukraine's drone forces commander
Overnight on 8–9 August, Ukraine's drone force struck a Russian S-400, one of Moscow's long-range air-defense systems built to shoot down planes and missiles, at Gelendzhik, the Black Sea coast that holds Putin's reported seaside palace. The battery burned for three hours on the shore, Ukraine's drone commander Robert "Madyar" Brovdi wrote.
The same night, Ukrainian drones destroyed four more Russian air defenses and radars deeper inside Russia, and hit three ships from Russia's sanctions-dodging oil fleet in the Black Sea.

"Time passes, and under the influence of unpleasant reality they have to lower their goals. The Russian Federation is forced to gradually reduce its ambitions, because the situation on the battlefield does not allow them to achieve what they originally planned."
“Russia cannot defeat Ukraine. Russia has accumulated problems in virtually every sphere, which is why it cannot defeat Ukraine. Therefore, it is time to end the war.”

Russians should listen to him, he's a smart guy😚😇🫡
🛳️🚫 The number one objective is to stop Russia's maritime logistics, stated Pavlo Laktionov, deputy commander of the 414th "Nemesis" Brigade.
"We don't need to sink every tanker and bulk carrier carrying oil products or other cargo in the Sea of Azov. Our goal is to block transshipment. We know where to strike, and we strike precisely," he said.

🔥 Strikes on oil refineries caused losses of $14.8 billion to Russian budget, — Russian media

And to think these are manipulated propaganda admissions - the real position is likely much, much worse.
❗️Norway is ready to help Ukraine with air defense systems and anti-ballistic capabilities. Ukraine aims to accelerate all processes, as protection for people is needed daily.
🇺🇦🇵🇱 Sikorski called for discussion of interception of Russian missiles over Ukraine, - PAP
He stressed that ballistic missiles have been flying towards Kyiv for several days in a row, from which there is no protection and which are killing civilians.
"The question of whether we can be sure that it would be better to shoot down these Russian missiles over Ukraine, and not, perhaps, later over Poland, is a topic for a very serious discussion, which should not become a hostage to party rivalry," he noted.

“Russia still believes it can achieve its goals by military means. That is a false assumption. Strategically, the war reached a dead end for them long ago.
The Russian leadership still thinks it can win by force. The entire course of this war has proven otherwise.
Time is on our side if we continue to destroy Russia's military potential and economic capacity"
Azerbaijan is ready to supply gas to Ukraine if needed, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a visit to Kyiv. In under two years, Trump’s second term has fundamentally shattered US deterrence.
Abandoning traditional allies combined with dangerously low ammunition stocks sends an explicit invitation for Russian aggression in Europe and Chinese action against Taiwan
