@EvaDoosh @FirstBankngr Their Visa Debit card (for dormiciliary account) is useless. You won't be able to do anything with it. It's crazy having an account/card you can't even use.

If you are considering opening an account with @FirstBankngr please have a rethink. Don't even think about opening a dormiciliary account with them, you will be thoroughly disappointed and they don't care. You see that #youfirst mantra they keep chanting, it's a lie!

@FirstBankngr doesn't care about you or your dissatisfaction with their services. I spent almost 5 hours @FirstBankngr yesterday trying to fix my card to no avail. Their staff was nonchalant but I knew if I high profiled person, they would have acted differently.

@FirstBankngr I am still waiting at the bank for my card request to be resolved today. I cannot wait another 24 hours or any other day you mention. I want my card activated so I can use it now. I have been back and forth on this issue since two days ago
