Don't ever book @nobrokercom @NoBrokerCare for packing and moving services. They are the most pathetic service provider. I recently shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad and booked them, paid them for private no sharing transfer yet 15 plus items got broken, & one item got missing

I have cancelled my order on Saturday after waiting for 10 days and not getting any update on when my order will get delivered. Since then I am following up for my refund status with no support. I didn't know it was such a scammer company.

@frido_official This company is a total fraud. I placed an order on its website on 29th June'25 and made full payment in advance but instead of delivery update i received a message that there has been an unexpected delay in order dispatchment and will take another 4-5 days.

@frido_official Since then I am trying to get any update about my refund but no one answers. They are scammers who advertise on social media about their products to attract the customers but when the place the order they get stuck. Don't fall for this company.

@frido_official Every alternate day I received the same message. After 10 days i got frustrated and cancelled my order. They took another 2 days to send a confirmation mail that the order has been cancelled but the refund hasn't been issued yet.

Metro is as essential service as any other for commoners. Long waiting ques outside metro creates same chances for covid spread as during travel. It is easy to make common man suffer.
