Network Rail will be carrying out engineering works between Stockport and Manchester Piccadilly until 12.30pm on Sunday 17 May, with buses replacing trains up until this time.
Supporters are advised to plan their journey in advance and seek alternative routes where possible.

Manchester United supporters are urged to take note of a no-coin policy in the away end at the Stadium of Light. All coins confiscated by Sunderland stewards will be put in donation buckets with the collection going to Manchester United Foundation.
There will also be a collection system in place for power banks and vapes where supporters can collect these items with a numbered ticket after full-time.

To commemorate 68 years since the Munich Air Disaster, this Friday 6 February, we will host a remembrance service at Old Trafford from 14:45 until 15:15 GMT.
Supporters are invited to gather under the Munich clock (East Stand) by 14:40 for the service to start promptly at 14:45.
The service will feature a roll of honour, readings and poems, and wreaths will be laid under the Munich clock.
After the service, supporters are welcome to head to the International Suite (Stretford End) to share memories, and tea/coffee will be available.

Manchester United is committed to ensuring that Old Trafford is a welcoming environment for all supporters.
This Saturday, Manchester United is teaming up with Greater Manchester Police and several partners across Greater Manchester in a combined effort to tackle violence against women and girls.
From 10am - 1pm, supporters can head to a pop-up stall outside the Sir Alex Ferguson stand (entrance to the Museum) to speak with safeguarding staff and find out more about recognising the signs of violence and what to do if you witness it.
Supporters are encouraged to use the Virtual Steward Service to raise any concerns at the stadium. Simply text ACTION to 66777 followed by the stand, row and seat of the offender and the nature of the problem. Please note, this is an anonymised service; you will not be identified at any time.
Saturday's pop-up stall is part of a wider campaign on matchday with British Transport Police and Network Rail at Piccadilly Station, and TfGM and Trafford Council activating at Old Trafford Metrolink Stop.
