Recently, I did a presentation explaining how we plan to scale as a platform with partners and team members present.

These are some of the highlights that made my presentation value based and convincing that by 2026 Connect Arena Community will be the brand to identify with.

WHO WE ARE AS A PLATFORM:

Connect Arena Community in simple terms is a platform that facilities valuable connection. We make it possible for people to network, find opportunities, share information, and make connections happen.

Why we're a platform to look out for in the nearest future.

Our strategy is to make our platform a one stop connection destination for individuals searching for opportunities in business transaction, romantic relationship, buying and selling, knowledge and skills acquisition for workplace, mentorship, easy access to remote work, charity support, scholarship, and more.

We carry out our activities through all our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok.

OUR STRUCTURE:

Our organogram consist of the following leadership hierarchical structure.

1. FOUNDER ( CEO)
2. DEPUTY (Executive director)
3. DEPARTMENTS and their heads ( social media, finance, training, publicity, HR, and creatives.
4. UNITS ( graphic designer, video editor, script editor, studio managers etc)

HOW WE OPERATE:

Our value offer determines how we operate daily. We offer value in workplace matchmaking for remote work, romantic relationship, providing useful information, facilitate business transaction, provide scholarship for digital and technology programmes, we consistently share post with high value contents, we provide charity and scholarship when necessary etc.

On a daily basis, we carry out research to discover opportunities for our members. Our departments and units are tailored towards ensuring we engage consistently with our targeted audience.

OUR TEAM:

Our team comprise of trained individuals who work as interns or full time remote workers while they get paid on tasks performed.

Our team members work from home basically.
Their roles are as follows:

1. Social media management ( their job is to source and publish verified contents, design digital materials like poster or thumbnails or any content that'll be used on our pages, create and edit video, engage with our audience etc)

2. We've people dedicated in sourcing for remote work opportunities, provide useful information and help members land a role.

3. Trainers ( they're responsible in providing mentorship or training for those interested to work remotely or up skill.

4. We also have people that verify business opportunities or any other claims to ensure we're dealing with the right person.

5. Studio crew ( they setup the studio for podcast and also go out to cover events or interviews. They ensure our equipments are handled properly.

👉🏼 We plan to launch a one stop application before the end of 2026 to further clarify our operations and scale with technological innovations.
