@zerothzr Not to mention actual pro’s from previous Forza’s mostly use the braking line, it’s a useful reference, and honestly it lets you know where most others are going to brake. Turning it off won’t make you better at the game
@AMFlames94@JessDickensS@TheRooster@asha_shar Not only that but Xbox Live also had incredible levels of customer service in order to justify the cost. I remember PSN going down for over a month because of a DDoS attack. Whereas XBL suffered the same attack and was back on within 24 hours. It was by far the better service
@hydelander315@Nidd2024 Not really, most online only games have offline development modes built in already. Many game developers have already chimed in and said this
@IceTrainerBen@Macaza109@Mendo For example, in Forza Motorsport, pit lane speed was tied to FPS. If you were on getting 250fps, you were going significantly faster than a console player locked to 30 or 60.
@IceTrainerBen@Macaza109@Mendo They could feel different because many game engine’s had their physics tied to FPS. Which is at least one cause for gamers to push for higher and higher FPS. Often under the guise of smoother frames and thus smoother tracking, the real advantage is from how the engine works
@BattlefieldInte Gauntlet is actually really good, you’re actually rewarded for good teamplay, regardless of an individual’s skill. It makes so much sense for Battlefield
@I_AmDeano@Deafsun13@Lynchy_RL That they’ve said it’s being given due to contact is what’s causing confusion. I would have thought you were given the penalty for running the other car off the track. That they’ve parked it on the apex is pretty irrelevant. It’s a well known, perfectly legal defensive move.
