@techdiction @jordanisonfire @michaelw90 Are you on-prem or in the cloud? I agree with Jordan in that it's not about the tools, but I certainly found that they can help cut down the documentation. Things like sccm for asset and patching, backup reporting, we use SharePoint for version control and approval workflow etc
