@realRyanHemsley I went on Wellbutrin. While waiting the 2 weeks for that to kick in I read Allen Carr's book. I also mourned during this 2 weeks, smoking felt like part of my identity and I was sad to lose it. 15 years and one week smoke free. All the best Ryan, you can do it.
