RJD की सरकार 2004 में अनंत सिंह के गाँव लदमा में STF सबेरे एंकाउंटर किया था जिसमें कुल 8-9 लोगों की हत्या हुई थी। उसी क्रम में इनके आंख के पास भी गोली लगा था जिसका कारण ये काला चश्मा है।
