@virginmedia Day 15 without internet!!! I have lost hope, and yet again it has been pushed till Monday 18th March!!!!seriously don’t know what to do anymore, this is effecting my career,finances,and my security.

@karendoherty211@virginmedia I feel your pain! I’ve been without broadband, phone and tv for 12 days now and have two autistic kids at home who can’t cope with the outage. I have used up all of my mobile data for hotspots. Virgin media offers no solutions or help. I can’t do hybrid working to balance caring

@virginmedia I’ve been without internet for a week now , it’s a area outage and the resolution date keeps getting pushed back. I’m having to rent out an office space because I work from home , this is ridiculous, going to cancel the services asap and move on to another provider!
