@lakesideheights @SnarkySims We finally, FINALLY got like two days of storms. Things are less crispy. That "heat dome" was horrible but like, it's still hot!! Fourth of July we were outside and literally so wet with sweat it was as if we'd been swimming.

Euuuugh. Wish I hadn't read the books. This is assassination. Colin looks like he's on Ozempic. There's no romance, but an astounding amount of threesomes. Wat.

They're alright. I'd consider them "light, easy" reads. Romance is kinda juvenile. The family dynamics are fun, though! Characterization is better. Ugh! Those wait lists are brutal. I waited forever for "Bride" by Ali Hazelwood only to be disappointed. 🙃

So far, Kate and Anthony are my favorite in the Netflix series. Queen Charlotte's spinoff was my fav of all, though. Oof. So good.

I'm not a huge polin fan but like everyone kept gassing it up. Meh.

I feel like the people who hate Maximus in Fallout are missing the entire point. But it's fun to see how angry he makes people. 😂

Even if you're not familiar or a fan of Fallout, the show is fantastic. Give it a shot.

@lakesideheights @SnarkySims I luckily did not have a fever but I was blowing out and eventually coughing up mucus that was, I kid you not, FANTA ORANGE! it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I got covid tested and clearedbut it was heinous! NyQuil. Knock yourself out. It's the only way.
