A powerful, eye-opening documentary that dives into the journey of salmon from ocean ecosystems to our plates. Exploring sustainability, science, and the vital role this species plays in our environment and food systems.
The screening was a huge success, nearly a full house with close to 500 seats filled and a line down the block before doors even opened. The audience brought incredible energy, with a mix of ages and thoughtful panel questions spanning both science and salmon as food.
