We’re exploring a new approach this year & would really value your thoughts. Over past seasons, we’ve noticed that participation can be quite fluid & we receive a high number of requests from new mentees to join throughout the year, which we aren't been able to accommodate. (1/n)

We are looking to hear thoughts from previous mentors/mentees & the wider community on this model & if you think it might be something that could work! We are flexible in our approach & want to ensure we design a program structure that helps! Drop us a DM or a comment below!

An open, rolling format can accommodate more participants over time. A global, ongoing pool of mentors with flexibility of participation can bring a wider range of perspectives and expertise. Mentees could return with new questions as their needs evolve. (5/n)
