for 11 years, he has been very, very healthy and strong. i’ve watched him run, jump, dance, and do everything he loves like it’s the end of the world. and then in just one moment, he got injured. what honestly upsets me the most is knowing his knee was already hurting, yet he still wasn’t given the chance to properly rest and stop, even though he really loves performing and dancing so much

but at the same time, we don’t have to be scared or think he won’t be able to do what he loves anymore. he’s been taking care his body and health for all these years, and i trust him to know what’s best for himself. all we can do now is trust him, support him, and pray that he gets full and proper recovery. take all the time you need, hoshi. we’ll be here waiting for you and your recovery 🫂

my tl is full of k-carats saying they should put hoshi in a private hospital instead of the military hospital. they’re also saying that cheol’s medical team should assist with his treatment and that he should be discharged immediately because this won’t be easy. they even pointed out that since hoshi wrote on weverse that it was a complete tear, it seems like his actual diagnosis may have been a complete tear. a complete acl tear means the ligament is completely torn, which can affect the stability and function of the knee. the symptoms can include the knee feeling unstable or giving way, shaking or wobbling, and suddenly losing strength. it’s heartbreaking knowing that some of these symptoms are similar to what cheol experienced with his injury 😭
