In 2019, Incumbent Mayor Joseph Estrada ran for a third term but was easily defeated by former Vice Mayor Isko Moreno. Isko got 50% of the vote over Erap's 29.5%.
Former Mayor Alfredo Lim ran again but placed 3rd with 19.47%.

Marcos won Pasig City by about 17%. Leni won big in the brgys in and around the Ortigas CBD, containing the subdivisions of Valle Verde and Green Meadows, and the Kapitolyo area. She lost to BBM in most of the areas east of C5.
