⚖️ | When it comes to the Madlanga Commission; you need to go there and tell them the truth because those commission investigators know everything that you did, they are very good...trying to play smart and being evasive won't help much.

Yesterday the evidence leader pulled out a process of receipts of goods at the Durban harbour/ports in reference to the drugs containers which were moved to Port Shepstone storage. This came as a shock because no one was expecting it.

Advocate Sello SC asked the witness, "Where is your DPCI/HAWKS handling of items process document?". She was saying the commission is in possession of the one from the port authorities but needed a process document from DPCI listed items received.

The witness couldn't answer and said he has never seen it. Imagine? You don't have a document that acknowledges receipt of items in your care? How?

So the more you lie; the deeper the hole you dig for yourself.

Be wise and just be honest. You save time and humiliating yourself.
